Role Overview
The Helper is responsible for supporting daily operations, ensuring all equipment is maintained, and performing critical tasks such as cleaning and sandblasting. You will work under the direct supervision of the Team Leader to ensure all activities are carried out safely and in strict conformity with ADNOC’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Equipment Mobilization: Ensure all necessary tools and equipment are moved to the assigned work site on time to prevent any delays in inspection or operation.

Operational Support: Carry out cleaning, sandblasting, buffing, and coating as directed by the Line Manager. These tasks are vital for the integrity of our infrastructure.

Maintenance: Keep all assigned equipment clean and in peak condition. Assist in daily preventive maintenance as prescribed in the technical manuals.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure the loading, offloading, and movement of heavy equipment are done safely to avoid injury or damage. Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area at all times.

Documentation: Assist the Team Leader in recording maintenance activities in the official files to ensure a clear audit trail of equipment health.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in industrial operations.
- Technical Skills: Direct experience in cleaning, sandblasting, buffing, or coating is mandatory.
- Language: Ability to understand and follow safety instructions and technical manuals.
- Physical Fitness: Capability to perform manual labor in an outdoor industrial environment safely.
