This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert advice and support.
Key Responsibilities for UAE Jobs:
- Greet and assist customers with vehicle-related queries.
- Provide accurate information on services and repairs.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Prepare cost estimates and explain service details to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical qualifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with vehicle systems and repairs is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
